About Us

Nutritions Lab is an independent Australian business selling supplements, skincare and a small range of kids' wellness and sensory products. We ship Australia-wide.

Who runs this

Nutritions Lab is founded and run by Daniel. It is a small operation — not a large company with a marketing department, which is both the limitation and the point. When you email us, you reach the person who chose the products.

We are not doctors, pharmacists or dietitians, and we do not pretend to be. What we bring is care about what we stock and a commitment to describing it accurately. Where a decision needs clinical input, we say so and point you to your GP, pharmacist, paediatrician or dermatologist — you will find that on nearly every product page, because it is nearly always true.

How we choose what to stock

We would rather carry twenty products we can explain than two hundred we cannot. Every item in the range has to clear three questions:

  • Is the ingredient real? Something with an actual mechanism, not just a trending name.
  • Can we describe it honestly? If selling it requires overstating what it does, we do not stock it.
  • Would we give it to our own family? Particularly relevant for the kids' range.

The full detail is in our sourcing and quality standards.

What we will not do

We will not tell you a supplement cures a disease. We will not imply a cream replaces a clinical procedure. Where the evidence for a popular ingredient is thin, we say so on the product page — you will find that written plainly on our soursop, bee venom cream and firming oil pages, among others.

That approach costs us sales. We think it is the only way to run a supplement business you would come back to.

Sustainable and ethical sourcing

We source ingredients with sustainability and ethics in mind, and we favour suppliers who can tell us where material actually comes from. Where a product involves an animal-derived or contested ingredient — bee venom and collagen being the obvious cases — we say so on the page rather than burying it in an ingredient list.
